GVF, a not-for-profit organization created to advocate and promote a viable transportation network for the region's economic vitality, would like to welcome and recognize new board members Daniel LePera, Unruh, Turner, Burke & Frees and Jennifer Waters, Urban Engineers.

Dan LePera is an associate in the firm’s real estate and business transactions practice group who assists clients with real estate transactions, business formations and acquisitions, and other general business matters. He serves a variety of clients across multiple industries, including but not limited to, commercial and residential real estate, industrial/manufacturing, and municipal.
Daniel was recognized as a “Best Lawyer in America: Ones to Watch” by the U.S. News & World Report 2021 Edition and was named to the 2020 “Top Lawyers” list by Main Line Today magazine.

Jennifer Waters, Vice President and Office Manager, Urban Engineers.
Jennifer Waters, PE, LEED AP, has been with the Urban Engineers for nearly 20 years and serves as a vice president and office manager for the firm's Philadelphia headquarters and Montgomery County location. Jen is a registered Professional Engineer in six states and has years of diverse environmental and sustainability experience.
Jen is currently a board member of the Society of Women Environmental Professionals Philadelphia Chapter and is also co-chair of Urban’s Women’s Professional Network.
“As an environmental engineer working in the transportation industry, I am looking forward to being on the GVF board to help improve quality of life, resiliency and equity by focusing on enhanced mobility in our region and beyond,” Jennifer Waters.
