UPPER MERION RAMBLER
Upper Merion Rambler is a service provided by Upper Merion Township for its residents.
The two bus routes (the blue line and the green line) run Monday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
The Rambler does not operate on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, or New Year's Day.
Free for senior citizens with a SEPTA pass (more information below)
$2 per ride OR purchase a ten-trip ticket on board the bus for $10
$0.50 per ride for students 7-17 years old
Free for children under the age of 7 when accompanied by an adult
Each bus is wheelchair-accessible, and our drivers are certified to operate the lift mechanism.
Wheelchair passengers must wear a lap belt when riding the Rambler. The lap belt is required by the service provider to ensure the safety of passengers. The Rambler will be unable to service those who refuse to do so.

You must call 15 minutes before the pickup time.
PLEASE NOTE: Drivers DO NOT stop at “Request” stops unless notified. Drivers DO NOT deviate from the established route for any reason.
Seniors, age 65 and older, ride free at all times on the Rambler. Senior Transit IDs can be obtained at no cost by making an appointment at the following locations:

The Rambler will not run when Upper Merion School District closes due to inclement weather. Listen to KYW 1060am for cancellations or visit umasd.org. The Upper Merion School District’s emergency closing number is 307.
