Krista Sinker is the Global Lead for Occupancy Strategy and Planning at Vanguard, where she leads enterprise workplace strategies that support a modern, flexible workforce and align real estate decisions with long‑term business goals.  Previously, Krista served as Senior Director of Campus Planning at Comcast, where she led major development initiatives, including the completion of the Comcast Technology Center, the tallest building in Philadelphia. She is recognized for delivering data‑driven, people‑centered solutions that balance organizational performance with the human experience.
