
GVF, a not-for-profit organization whose mission is to inspire mobility choices for all, would like to welcome and recognize new board member Brian Keaveney, PE, PTOE. Brian is currently the Associate Vice-President at Pennoni. Mr. Keaveney is a licensed Professional Engineer and a Certified Professional Traffic Operations Engineer with over 20 years of experience in project management and conceptual, preliminary and final engineering design, including coordinating design efforts with other disciplines and managing sub-consultants.
