GVF collaborates to help raise over 13,000 pounds of food for Philabundance

GVF, along with its partners RK&K, McMahon Associates, Suburban Transnet, and the Sheraton Valley Forge Hotel held their 9th annual holiday food drive. This food drive has raised over 13,000 pounds of food since its inception in 2010. These generous donations were given to Philabundance, a non-profit that provides 90,000 people in the region with food each week to help end hunger in Pennsylvania and New Jersey Communities.

“As we celebrate our 30th anniversary this year, GVF is always looking for opportunities to collaborate with its partners and strengthen our impact. Our mission is to improve the quality of life by reducing congestion and enhancing mobility access for people. This food drive is an important initiative we love working on to help provide better access to food for those in need, thus improving their quality of life. Thank you to our partners for helping to promote and secure many donations,” said Rob Henry, Executive Director, GVF.

GVF created a short video highlighting the food drive efforts, which can be viewed below.
