Commissioner Winder was appointed to the Montgomery County Board of Commissioners in 2023 and was unanimously voted as Chair of the Board of Commissioners at the beginning of 2024. Commissioner Winder is dedicated to uplifting every corner of the county with a focus on equity, diversity, and a commitment to public service.
