Updated: Feb 13

WHO: GVF, a not-for-profit with over 33 years of transportation planning experience, focuses on improving climate, equity, and overall quality of life by reducing single-occupancy vehicles and promoting alternatives such as biking, transit, walking, working from home, carpooling, and vanpooling, is partnering with the Borough of Conshohocken on a community shuttle.

WHAT: Press event and ribbon cutting of the new Conshohocken Cab. As a vibrant, one-square-mile Borough, conveniently located just 15 miles from Center City Philadelphia, the Borough of Conshohocken is investing in its community by providing a continuous loop shuttle so people can leave their cars at home!

The Conshohocken Cab, which is a continuous loop, 14-passenger shuttle, will stop at 20 locations in and around the Borough. The shuttle provides easy access to entertainment and dining, large residential complexes, and shopping, and connects to the SEPTA train station for access to the regional rail network. The Conshohocken Cab is also ADA-compliant, equipped with a bike rack and Wi-Fi.

The Conshohocken Cab has real-time tracking capabilities so riders can track the status of the shuttle.  Each ride is $2.00 with exact change or contactless payment accepted.  Senior citizens with a SEPTA pass, and minors accompanied by an adult ride free. A discounted 10-trip ticket is available on the shuttle for $10.
