Rob is the Executive Director of GVF, which is a not for profit Transportation Management Association located in King of Prussia, PA. Under his leadership GVF has been named a Gold level employer in the National Best Workplaces for Commuters competition for the past four years. In 2013 Rob was named the Non Profit CEO of the year by the Main Line Chamber of Commerce. He was also awarded the Excellence in Advocacy award by ACT National as their International conference in San Antonio TX. Rob was also featured in the Philadelphia Inquirers leadership agenda series in 2013 which highlights a CEO in the Greater Philadelphia region and was named “Mr. Transit”.

Rob has been with GVF since 1999 and manages GVF's daily activities, which include but are not limited to, over one hundred twenty paying members, transportation coalitions, task forces, shuttle systems, websites and many other projects. Under his tenure GVF has been recognized as the Outstanding TMA in the country at the ACT International Conference in Palm Spring, CA and the Small Business of the Year by the Main Line Chamber of Commerce in 2010.

Rob currently serves as the Vice President of the Association for Commuter Transportation (ACT) Board of Directors after serving as a Region 9 director for four years. He has also served as the President of the Mid-Atlantic Chapter of ACT for six years. Rob currently serves on the Board of Directors for the King of Prussia District and chairs their transportation committee. He is the current CEO of Communities in Motion, a GVF TMA foundation also serves on its Board of Directors. He is a member of the American Public Transportation Association (APTA), Pennsylvania Public Transportation Association (PPTA), Intelligent Transportation Society of Pennsylvania (ITS PA), the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS), the American Planning Association PA Chapter (APA PA) and the National Recreation and Park Association (NRPA).

Locally, Rob serves on the Regional Transportation Committee at DVRPC. He also served on the World Class Infrastructure Strategy Team for Greater Philadelphia Economy League. Rob has been a speaker at local, state and international conferences:

Rob has a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing. In his personal life Rob is passionate about being a father and enjoys books on leadership and history. He serves on the board of directors for the Pride of Quakertown (POQ), which is a local not profit that works to help children and create a sense of community in the Quakertown area. He has also served as Chairman of the Richland Township Parks and Recreation Board and on the township trails committee.
