KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa. –The Upper Merion Rambler, a shuttle
service provided by the Township, will feature two new changes this year.
Beginning this Saturday, January 28, 2012, the Ramblers will
provide Saturday service in addition to the current Monday through Friday
schedule. For a full schedule, list of
stops and fare information, click here.
The Rambler will also feature a new design and “look” so
that it is easily recognizable to riders (see photo below).
The Rambler is a fixed-route shuttle system that provides
transportation throughout Upper Merion Township. The two 20-passenger vehicles,
which are fully handicapped accessible, run from 9 a.m. to noon then from 1
p.m. to 4 p.m. The Ramblers provide service to a variety of locations
throughout the King of Prussia area, including residential neighborhoods,
medical buildings and retail locations.
“We hope the new look of the Rambler, along with the
additional service on Saturdays, will be beneficial to all current riders and
attract new riders as well,” said Judy Vicchio, Assistant Township Manager.
